Hi there! I’m Bobby Hold, editor of this site, Lose Weight, Find Yourself®. Here’s a picture of me at almost 300 pounds. Over a decade ago, I lost 110 pounds, which allowed me to discover the person I am today. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or simply find yourself in other aspects of your life, I hope my journey inspires you to make positive changes in your life. An Education in Perspiration

It’s no secret that exercise is a key component to losing weight and keeping it off. Without exercise, you can’t burn the calories needed to shed the weight. Start by simply walking down the street, taking a bike ride, or even heading out to the gym. Exercise can take you to places you’ve never been. Before you know it, the newer, healthier you will be climbing mountains and having a whole lot of fun doing it!

Clean Out Your Closet

In order to move ahead with your life and become the person you were truly meant to be, you’ll need to clean out your emotional closet. Resolving past issues and tidying up baggage that is holding you back will allow you to move ahead with your life, once and for all. After you’ve cleaned out your closet, then you can focus on the more beautiful you that’s just beneath the surface!
